I’ve spent much of my life working with people, listening, learning, challenging, supporting and trying to understand what makes us who we are.
I believe in meeting people where they are, not where someone else thinks they should be.
I’m curious by nature, interested in society and fascinated by why people think, act and live the way they do.
Over the years, working closely with people has taught me patience, humility and the importance of keeping an open mind.
And I’m still learning.
